Shipping

Every Black Moss Co. piece is handcrafted and carefully packaged from our studio in Boynton Beach, Florida.

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days unless otherwise noted. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Returns

We want you to love your Black Moss Co. piece.

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To start a return, please email blackmossco@gmail.com with your order number and reason for your return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Be in its original condition.

  • Be free from damage or alterations.

  • Be securely packaged for safe return. Original packaging is preferred whenever possible.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error with your order.

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

One-of-a-Kind Artwork

Every Black Moss Co. piece is handcrafted using natural materials including preserved moss and wood.

Because of the natural characteristics of these materials, slight variations in color, texture, wood grain, and moss placement are expected and make every piece truly one of a kind. These natural variations are not considered defects.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of the shipping box

  • Photos of the packaging materials

We'll review your claim and work with you to provide an appropriate solution.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost and risk of returning eligible items.

We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as Black Moss Co. cannot issue refunds for returns lost or damaged during transit.
